Cardiovascular Center of Vinmec Times City International Hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including clinics, operating rooms, intervention and inpatient wards in accordance with JCI (Joint Commission International) standards. They are located in designated areas

Specialty clinics (1st floor)

• Cardiovascular clinics are located in the first floor. It is convenient for customers to move from the reception. There are 06 clinics, each one is equipped in accordance with international standards.

• Functional exploration system: 1 Functional exploration room, 2 echocardiography rooms, 1 electrocardiogram room, 1 Exercise Stress Test and Stress echocardiography room

• The clinics are equipped with modern cardiovascular diagnostic equipments such as 2D, 3D transesophageal and transthoracic echocardiogram, electrocardiogram, Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM), Ambulatory Holter electrocardiographic (ECG) monitoring, Stress electrocardiogram: treadmill, tilted bicycle, tilt-table test ...

Intensive clinics for  heart failure, arrhythmia, myocardial ischemia, vascular disease, congenital heart disease are established in  the Cardiovascular Center in order to improve medical examination and treatment quality

Hybrid operating room and Cath Lab (2nd floor)

Hybrid operating room is located on the second floor which is fully equipped with Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA), Anesthesia machine incorporates hemodynamic monitoring software (PiCCO system, entropy). Hybrid operation room brings high efficiency in cardiovascular treatment such as surgery and stent intervention, coronary stent placement, aortic stent grafting, open heart surgery, heart valve replacement for congenital heart disease with minimally invasive technique.

In the future, children with congenital heart defects diseases will be diagnosed, intervened and undergone open surgery under the same general anesthesia in Hybrid operating room. Hence, it helps to minimize stress for patients, compares with those who undergo multiple surgeries under different general anesthesia in other common operating room. Moreover, modern anesthetic techniques in the Hybrid operating room ensure a proper anesthesia which help patients recover faster after surgery, minimize the duration of mechanical ventilation and hospitalization, reduce risk factors related to surgery, risk factors for infection. It also facilitates time and cost saving, ensures quality of treatment and safety to patients as well

Besides Hybrid operating room, procedures of Angiography, Transcatheter Cardiac diagnostic intervention and treatment are also carried out in the Cath Lab by modern equipment

Surgical team who perform cardiac surgery and intervention in the Hybrid operating room and the Cath Lab are skilled professionals and doctors. They will bring safety, comfort and convenience to all patients during course of treatment

Cardiology inpatient ward (5th floor)

Cardiology inpatient ward is located on the 5th floor which comprises CICU, HDU and well-equipped single patient rooms. In patient rooms, there are Nurse Call and Surveillance Camera System. Each patient’s progress is closely monitored to ensure safety, attentive and dedicated service.
