Uses of Aldromax

What is Aldromax? The drug contains the main ingredient is Alendronic Acid in the form of Sodium Alendronate with a strength of 70mg. With the main active ingredient is Alendronate, the drug is often indicated in the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis-related diseases in postmenopausal women. Alendronate will have a mechanism of action to increase bone mass and prevent fractures, for parts such as wrists, hips and vertebrae (vertebral compression fractures). In the case of osteoporosis prevention, the drug may be indicated for women at risk of osteoporosis or wishing to maintain bone mass and reduce the risk of fractures later.
Alendronate is indicated for the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. Alendronate is indicated for the treatment of Paget's disease of bone with alkaline phosphatase higher than at least twice the upper limit of normal or symptomatic patients, who are at increased risk of later complications of that disease.
Besides supporting the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis for postmenopausal women, the drug is also indicated for the elderly.

Dosage is usually prescribed as a single tablet per week. This dose applies to people with liver failure, mild or moderate renal failure (creatinine clearance from 35-60ml/min), elderly people without adjustment.

The drug is made in the form of tablets, so take the whole tablet with a glass of water with a capacity of about 180 - 240ml. Should take the medicine at the time of waking up during the day or at least 30 minutes before eating. Note: Do not lie down immediately after taking the medicine.
In case of missed dose, you can take 1 capsule in the morning as soon as you remember. Note that do not take 2 tablets on the same day, but return to take 1 tablet once a week on the correct day of the week as originally selected.

Do not use the drug when there are abnormalities in the esophagus that cause delayed esophageal emptying such as narrowing, spasm of the esophageal sphincter. The person cannot stand or sit upright for half an hour. Allergic to Alendronate or any of the ingredients in the medicine. People with hypocalcemia.
