Dotoux Extra is prepared in the form of long film-coated tablets, packed in 2 blisters per box, each blister contains 10 tablets.
Dotoux Extra is made up of three main active ingredients: Paracetamol 500 mg, Phenylephrin hydrochloride 10 mg, Chlorpheniramine maleate 2vmg and other excipients just enough for one tablet. Paracetamol, or Acetaminophen is a drug with analgesic and antipyretic effects, while Phenylephrin hydrochloris helps to increase sympathomimetic in the central nervous areas and treat nasal congestion, nasal congestion in case of fever.
