Uses of Voltinazen

Voltinazen is made in the form of a topical gel with the main ingredient being Diclofenac diethylamine. The drug is used in the treatment of certain diseases of the muscles, bones and joints.

1. What does Voltinazen do?


Each tube of Voltinazen 20g topical gel contains 232mg of Diclofenac diethylamine and other excipients. Diclofenac, a derivative of phenylacetic acid, is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with potent anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects. Diclofenac is a potent inhibitor of cyclooxygenase activity, thereby significantly reducing the production of prostacyclin, prostaglandins and thromboxane which are mediators of inflammation. Diclofenac also regulates the lipoxygenase pathway and platelet aggregation. Voltinazen is used in the treatment of a number of joint diseases such as: Osteoarthritis, periarthritis, soft tissue diseases (bursitis, tendonitis), spinal pain, muscle, joint, and bone injuries , ligament.
Do not use Voltinazen for people who are allergic or sensitive to any of the ingredients in the drug.

2. How to take and dose of Voltinazen


2.1. How to use The drug is used topically. Patients use Voltinazen by applying it to the painful area 3-4 times a day and then gently applying it. After applying the medicine, the patient needs to wash his hands properly (except for those who are treating finger arthritis with medicine).
2.2. Dosage For adults and children from 12 years of age and older: Depending on the size of the painful area, apply 2-4g x 3-4 times a day to the affected area and gently massage. The duration of treatment depends on the doctor's prescription and the effectiveness of use. Note that re-evaluate treatment after 2 weeks if symptoms do not improve. Do not use Voltinazen for longer than 14 days.; Children under 12 years of age: Voltinazen is not recommended. If Voltinazen overdose and unusual symptoms occur, the patient should notify the doctor for timely treatment instructions.

3. Some notes when using Voltinazen


During the use of Voltinazen, patients may experience some unwanted effects such as: Local irritation, rash, skin redness, ...
