Can cystic coronary disease be completely cured or not?

Ask
Hello doctor! I often have pain in my left chest, it hurts when I sit down to do nothing, it hurts when I sleep, it hurts when I breathe hard, my back and lungs hurt. I went for an electrocardiogram and it was diagnosed as coronary artery disease. So the doctor asked me how this disease progressed and can it be cured? Thanks for the advice doctor!

Hello, thank you for submitting your question to Vinmec Health System, to your question, I would like to answer as follows: Chest pain is a common symptom. variable for many disease groups, from mild to severe, from simple to complex.
However, in your age group, the likelihood of chest pain from cardiovascular disease is low. With the symptoms you describe, there is not enough data to make a definitive diagnosis. But there is a high chance that chest pain is caused by non-cardiac causes (intercostal neuralgia, costal cartilage, myalgia, psychological...). This group of causes is usually benign.
You should go to the doctor and perform other paraclinical tests to determine the cause of the coronary cysts (electrocardiogram, echocardiogram...) Wish you all the best!
