Chest pain in people with mitral regurgitation and aortic root dilatation, what to do?
Question
Hi doctor,
I have a fast heart rate over 100 beats/min, sometimes I have chest pain above my chest. I went to the doctor and treated with the device 24/24, but the doctor could not conclude the cause. Three months later, when I went for an examination and echocardiogram, the doctor concluded that the mitral regurgitation was very mild, the aortic root dilated, and the left ventricular systolic size and function were within normal limits. Please ask the doctor if the symptoms of chest pain in people with mitral valve prolapse and aortic root dilatation, what to do? Thank you
