Does mitral regurgitation of 1/4 mitral valve worsen to 2/4 or 3/4?

Hello Doctor. I went to a general doctor and accidentally discovered that I had a mitral valve regurgitation 1/4 due to valve prolapse, aneurysm of the atrial septum. The atrial septal aneurysm was 28×8 mm and no flow was seen through the aneurysm. I'm planning to take the flight attendant exam. Doctor let me ask if I am sick, can I apply? Can 1/4 valve regurgitation go away if it's over the age of development, and can 1/4 become 2/4 or 3/4?
My current atrial septal bulge does not have a hole, will it stay like this after a while or will there be a hole? And if I pass the application, will the disease affect me much, or will it get worse if I work in that environment? I'm quite worried right now so I hope you can help me out. Thank you doctor.

Hello. I have echocardiogram results of mitral valve regurgitation 1/4 due to prolapse, the degree of regurgitation is mild, but over time the level may increase due to gradual prolapse. Atrial septal bulge should be checked periodically by ultrasound. If over time, severe regurgitation of the mitral valve is due to mitral valve prolapse, then surgery to replace the heart valve.
