Hello doctor. Half a month ago, I was hospitalized, diagnosed with calcium deficiency, gastric metabolic disorder. Up to now, my health has not been stable, my heart beats fast and strong, my breathing is shallow, my body is tired and I have no strength, my stomach is full, I have trouble sleeping, I am anxious, I have a hot temper, or I have cold sweats. Did the doctor tell you that you have a neurological disorder? Please advise me on how to treat it.

The symptoms you describe are not typical of a specific cardiovascular disease. In addition, normal echocardiographic results also point the doctor to an extracardiac disease. There are some signs of an anxiety disorder, or depression.
Suggestion: general cardiovascular examination to rule out and additional specialist neuropsychology and endocrinology (to rule out thyroid disease).
