Hello doctor! I am 23 years old this year. I often have a feeling of chest tightness and shortness of breath when hungry, after eating no matter how full, then about 1-2 hours later. I've been having symptoms for 5 or 6 years now. I have low blood pressure but can't get medical examination. So can you help me explain what the above symptoms are due to? I thank you.

Hello. The symptoms you describe above can be experienced in many diseases. Doctors need to examine, ask questions and do more tests to be able to explain. You should go to a specialist at a medical facility or one of the Vinmec Health System hospitals nationwide. Your doctor will examine you and advise you on a specific treatment plan.
Thank you for trusting and sending questions to Vinmec. Best regards!
