Does the skin turn yellow when being treated for hepatitis B?

Hello doctor,
I have hepatitis B and have been taking antiretroviral drugs for nearly 2 years. Recently, I have noticed that the skin on the backs of my hands and soles of my feet turns yellow and there is a slight pain in my right flank. I have had the tests and the readings are all normal. Only liver enzyme ALT slightly increased 49 u/l. And HBsAg 7088. Doctor asked me if my skin turns yellow when being treated for hepatitis B? Has my hepatitis turned into cirrhosis? Thank you doctor.
