I have had 2 longo hemorrhoid surgery, sclerotherapy and electrocautery. Just had electrocautery surgery to patch anal ulcer for more than 1 month. Currently, when having a bowel movement, it is painful and sometimes bleeding. The anus is very narrow, the stools are very small. So the doctor told me how to treat women with anal stenosis and bloody stools? Should anal dilatation? I thank the doctor.
