I am female, 32 years old this year. I have a history of irritable bowel syndrome and internal hemorrhoids. I used to be constipated or have diarrhea. However, for nearly 2 months now, I have been suffering more often, sometimes I can't walk for many days or just after eating, I have diarrhea, liquid like water, sometimes I can't help but leak a little on my pants. Abdomen sometimes a little dull pain on the left side. I don't know if I have a serious illness or not. Doctor tell me what is constipation or diarrhea?
