I have abdominal pain, cramping pain in the lower abdomen. I went to the doctor but the doctor did not diagnose any disease, only concluded that it was positive for H.pylori bacteria. I had gastric endoscopy, the cardia, gastric mucosal aneurysm were normal but found congested antrum, normal papilla duodenum, normal mucosa, and congested body. I took the medicine prescribed by the doctor but it didn't help, the whole night was still painful and I vomited green bile. I am very worried.
