I often have hiccups, in 2021 I will hiccup for 7 days in the hospital, then I need to be hospitalized and then take all the medicine, I will hiccup again in 2022. I went to the hospital for an endoscopy, the doctor diagnosed gastritis and duodenitis, and gave me medicine to drink but it didn't go away. After a few days it went away on its own, and after 2 weeks now I have hiccups again. So the doctor asked me why prolonged hiccups are caused? How should I treat? Thank you doctor.
