Hello doctor. I was nervous, distracted and scared. I am also sad, not happy, not bored and have thoughts of losing faith in reality. I know I'm thinking wrong, I want to stop thinking but it keeps repeating. Did the doctor ask you if you are psychotic? Ask your doctor for advice.
