Can stem cell transplantation treat optic nerve atrophy?

Hello doctor!
I have atrophy of my optic nerve from taking medicine for tuberculosis . I don't know if your hospital has any treatment for this disease? I heard there is a method of using stem cells to treat. So, doctor, can I ask if you have applied this plan? I hope you can give me some advice, thank you.

Currently in the world and in Vietnam, stem cells are being applied in regenerative medicine to treat many diseases, including nerve damage. However, for optic nerve atrophy, the use of stem cells for treatment is still being researched in the world with very limited numbers. Most of the results have yet to be published. In Vietnam in general and Vinmec in particular, this method has not been applied.
