Growth hormone injections help increase height?

Hello doctor, in June this year I turned 19 years old, I am a female, my current height is 1m65, I am on a diet and want to grow 5cm taller, I have been doing intense exercise in the past 3 months and yoga but not seeing much improvement, I know growth hormone injection will speed up the growth process. Can you give me advice on hormone injections and how I can practice more effectively? Thank you!

Hello doctor, I am 17 years old now, but only 1m45 tall, a very low number. I have exercised a lot but the results are not very positive.
