Had hip replacement but gait is still limp, how to restore normal gait?

Question
Hello doctor, I am 16 years old. Four years ago, I had leg pain and went to the hospital, they prescribed a cast but then it didn't help. She was further transferred to another hospital, where they concluded that she had lost the femoral head. Then they surgically dredged the inflammatory part. After that, I gradually stabilized, but my legs were low and my legs were high, my gait was not normal. More than 2 months ago, I had pain and went back to another hospital, they concluded that it was congenital hip dislocation. After that, I had a hip replacement, now my legs are equal but my gait is still limp. I want to ask the doctor if there is any way in Vinmec to restore normal gait. I thank you!

Dear, I have read the information you describe about the diagnosis and treatment of your hip disease. However, I need to go to Vinmec Times city hospital right away for the doctor to check and advise. If you have films or documents related to your child's illness, please bring them along.
Better late than never. I will try my best to help you!
