Hello doctor. I have all the symptoms of Pyelonephritis. These symptoms are fever, sometimes high fever, chills, poor appetite, fatigue, low back pain, pain in the hip and hip area, sometimes abdominal pain with renal colic. I also have trouble in urination such as frequent urination, burning or pain when urinating, sometimes urinating blood. Doctor tell me how to treat my condition? Please advise, thank you.
