Hello doctor, I have red spots from the knee down, the red spots touch the hard and painful flesh. In addition, the red spots swell the whole calf down to the ankle and make the legs hot and stretchy. The most painful part is the ankle, more cold and numb symptoms, especially in the morning, when I wake up, my legs are very tight and painful. Doctor let me ask if the red spots that cause swelling and stiffness in the legs are a symptom of varicose veins?
