Urine test index at week 30 is 2.8, is it worrying?

Hello doctor. I have tested for gestational diabetes at 26 weeks of pregnancy and the index is 4.1 when fasting, 7.4, when loading glucose for 1 hour and 7.2 when loading glucose for 2 months. At the 30th week, I went to the doctor again and the doctor checked the urine and found that the index was 2.8. Did the doctor tell me if I have gestational diabetes? Is that 2.8 stat dangerous? Do I need any diet? I hope you can give me some advice, thanks.

Hi, I did a glucose tolerance test and the result is that I don't have gestational diabetes. When you have sugar in your urine, you should see an endocrinologist for more clarification, maybe you have done a urine test after eating so there is sugar in your urine or need to do more blood sugar 1 hour after eating and 2 hours to clarify the situation.
