Eating green vegetables is the best way to prevent cancer

TPO - Eating broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage at least once a week can significantly reduce your risk of developing certain cancers.

Previous studies show that a nutrient found in cruciferous vegetables (belongs to the cabbage family) - including broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, watercress and turnips - can destroys cancer cells and offers hope for new drug development.
Sulforaphan, which is very high in broccoli, can destroy prostate tumors while preserving normal, healthy cells.
This new study shows that compared with people who don't eat cruciferous vegetables, those who eat them at least once a week have about a 17% lower risk of developing oral cancer.
The results also showed that eating green vegetables reduced the risk of esophageal cancer by 28%, the risk of bowel and breast cancer by 17%, and the risk of kidney cancer by 32%.
