The test accurately identifies the occurrence of variants with allele frequencies of 0.01% and effectively eliminates confounding information such as mutations due to unknown clonal hematopoiesis. The incorporation of epigenomic signatures is essential to increase the sensitivity of the test to detect early-stage cancers, including colorectal cancer. The test gives results within 7 days and requires only a routine blood sample collection without tissue biopsy.
