Hi there. A negative Rubella IgM test indicates that you do not have this disease. At the same time you have Rubella IgG Positive indicating that you are having protective antibodies. In principle the fetus is not affected but is protected from antibodies. I need to know when you ask this question, are you sick or not so that I can advise you more
