4. How to take Altazine Drops


Use the medicine exactly as directed on the label or as directed by your doctor, do not take more, less or longer than prescribed.
Using the drug too much or for a long time can worsen symptoms and damage blood vessels in the eye.
Remember to wash your hands before using eye drops. To properly instill:
Tilt your head slightly back, pull slightly on the lower eyelid, hold the dropper above the eye with the tip of the tube facing down. Look up and put a drop in your eye. Close your eyes and gently press your finger against the inner corner of your eye for about 1 minute so that the liquid doesn't get into the tear ducts. Use only the recommended number of drops. 5. Altazine Drops . side effects


Call 911 immediately if you have symptoms of an allergic reaction while using Altazine, such as hives, difficulty breathing, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.

6. What should I do if I miss a dose?

7. Altazine drug interactions


Other medications that are taken by mouth or by injection will affect the tetrahydrozoline used in eye drops. However, there is still the risk of drug interactions.
