1. What is Atimecox?


Atimecox is a prescription drug, researched and manufactured by An Thien Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company - Vietnam, which helps to bring fast treatment of osteoarthritis to patients. Atimecox is prepared as a solution for injection, each box includes 5 ampoules, 10 ampoules or 20 ampoules x 1.5 ml.
In each 1.5ml tube of Atimecox medicine, the main active ingredient is Meloxicam 15mg and other excipients just enough. Meloxicam in the drug has the ability to quickly relieve symptoms as well as pain caused by ankylosing spondylitis or rheumatoid arthritis.

2. Indications and contraindications for the use of Atimecox


2.1. Indications for use of Atimecox Currently, Atimecox is commonly prescribed by doctors to treat the following conditions:
Tablet treatment for prolonged symptoms caused by chronic pain inflammation in osteoarthritis pain , osteoarthritis and joint damage. Tablet treatment for pain relief for rheumatoid arthritis or ankylosing spondylitis. Administered as an injection for the treatment of short-term symptoms caused by acute pain and inflammation. 2.2. 3. Dosage and how to use Atimecox

Treatment of ankylosing spondylitis or rheumatoid arthritis: Use a dose of Atimecox 15 mg / time / day. The recommended dose for the elderly or at risk of side effects is 7.5 mg/time/day.
