Uses of Dasasun

Dasasun drug is prepared in the form of hard tablets, packed in boxes of 10 blisters x 10 tablets and boxes of 15 blisters x 10 tablets.
Dasasun drug includes the following ingredients:
Sodium chondroitin sulfate content of 100 mg; Retinol palmitate ( Vitamin A ) content 2,500 IU; Choline hydrotartrate 25mg; Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) content 20 mg; Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) content 5mg; Other excipients just enough for 1 tablet (Corn Starch, Talc Powder, Magnesium stearate, PVP, RO Water).

Dasasun is used in the following cases:
Eye strain, live tears, accommodation disorders. Night blindness, dry eyes. Support the treatment of keratitis.

Dasasun is used for oral administration with a sufficient amount of water.
Adults take 2 Dasasun tablets/day, divided into 2 times. Children 7-14 years old: Take 1 tablet of Dasasun/day.

Dasasun should not be used in cases where the patient is sensitive or has a history of allergy to any of the ingredients in the formula.

Some notes when using Dasasun drugs are as follows:
Pregnant women should not exceed vitamin A dose of 8,000 IU/day. Patients should follow the correct dosage and way of taking Dasasun from the doctor's/pharmacist's prescription. Dasasun is not recommended for use in children and requires adult supervision when used. Store Dasasun medicine out of the reach of children. Patients who are being treated with other medications or pregnant women should consult their doctor or pharmacist before taking Dasasun. Dasasun can be used to drive and operate machinery. In case of overdose Dasasun may occur unilateral leg pain, hypersensitivity, loss of appetite, weight loss, hair loss, headache, diarrhea and vomiting. When these symptoms occur, the patient should stop taking the drug and consult a doctor.

Neomycin, Liquid Paraffin, Cholestyramine have been reported to reduce the absorption of vitamin A. Oral contraceptives increase plasma concentrations of vitamin A and do not facilitate conception. To avoid interactions, before being prescribed Dasasun, patients should inform their doctors about all the drugs they are using, including functional foods. The doctor will base on that to prescribe the appropriate Dasasun.

During the use of Dasasun, patients may experience unwanted side effects such as:
Nausea and vomiting; Diarrhea . When the above symptoms occur, the patient should stop taking the drug and consult a doctor. Inform your doctor about the unwanted effects encountered when using Dasasun.
