Iron: In some cases, it can cause digestive disorders such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, constipation, black stools. Calcium: Dizziness, hypotension, peripheral vasodilation, nausea, vomiting, flatulence, constipation, arrhythmia. Undesirable symptoms may improve or disappear after discontinuation of Drimy. Notes on drug use in the following subjects:
Pregnant and lactating women: It is recommended to use a daily vitamin D supplement of 400 IU. Using high doses of Vitamin A and similar products in high doses and for a long time can cause teratogenic effects. 6. Drimy drug interactions


Drug interactions with other drugs:
Alpha-adrenergic blockers: Excessive lowering of blood pressure. Hepatotoxic drugs, Carbamazepine: Increases toxicity of these drugs. Combining Vitamin A and Isotretinoin can cause side effects similar to those of an overdose of Vitamin A. Should not be used with Cholestyramine, Corticosteroids, Phenobarbital. Vitamin B6 reduces the effect of Levodopa in the treatment of Parkinson's disease. Vitamin B6 helps alleviate depression in women taking oral contraceptives. Antipsychotics including clopromazine, imipramine, amitriptyline, and adriamycin reduce the absorption of Vitamin B2. Thiazide, Ciprofloxacin, Chlorthalidone Loperamide inhibit the renal excretion of calcium. Calcium increases the toxicity of digoxin on the heart. Drugs that reduce iron absorption: Ofloxacin, Ciprofloxacin, Norfloxacin, antacids such as Calcium carbonate, Magnesium trisilicate, Natrium carbonate. Iron can chelate with tetracycline antibiotics thereby reducing the absorption of both drugs, so oral iron and tetracycline should be taken at least 3 hours apart. Penicilamin, Methyldopa, Carbidopa, Levodopa, Quinolone, Zinc salts, thyroid hormone can be reduced absorption if taken with iron. Drug interactions with drinks:
Alcohol reduces the absorption of Vitamin B2 in the intestine. Tea reduces iron absorption.

7. Preservation of Drimy
