Maxlen 70 contains the active ingredient Sodium Alendronate Trihydrate 91.37mg equivalent to Alendronic Acid 70mg. Alendronic acid is a bisphosphonate that inhibits osteoclast-mediated bone resorption without affecting bone formation. The recommended dosage of Maxlen 70 is as follows:

Contraindicated to use Maxlen 70 in the following cases:
