2.1 What does MicroxaTive do?
During menopause, a decrease and then a gradual loss of estradiol secreted by the ovaries can lead to dysregulation of thermoregulation, the production of hot flashes associated with sleep disturbances and increased secretions. Sweating, atrophy of the genital mucosa leads to vaginal dryness, pain during intercourse, and urinary incontinence. There are some signs, although not specific, but also in the perimenopausal syndrome, which are patients complaining of angina pectoris, palpitations, irritability, restlessness, lethargy, decreased ability to concentrate, forgetfulness, loss of interest. sexual pleasure and joint and muscle pain.
Use of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) can relieve the above symptoms because it compensates for the lack of estrogen in postmenopausal women. The right amount of hormone in Estradiol reduces bone loss and slows or stops bone loss after menopause. HRT also has a beneficial effect on collagen content and skin thickness, which can slow down wrinkle formation in the skin. HRT also changes blood lipid composition: reducing total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol but increasing HDL-cholesterol and triglycerides. The effect on metabolism may be reduced with the addition of progesterone.
In general, the metabolic effects of HRT can be considered beneficial because it reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease in postmenopausal women. Adding progesterone to estrogen replacement therapy such as estradiol for at least 10 days per cycle is recommended when given to women with an intact uterus. This approach reduces the risk of endometrial hyperplasia and avoids the risk of adenocarcinoma in these women.
The addition of progesterone and HRT does not prevent estrogen from being effective for the indicated indications.

2.4 Overdose, missed dose, emergency Overdose:

Missed dose:

Contraindications
HRT mode is not applicable if one of the following conditions is met. Treatment must be discontinued if during the use of the drug any of the following phenomena:

Users may also experience the following problems with oral HRT:

MicroxaTive drug interactions with other drugs
Contraceptive hormones must be discontinued when HRT is indicated. Patients should be instructed to use other methods of contraception if necessary. With prolonged treatment, certain drugs that induce liver enzymes (eg, some anticonvulsants and antibacterial agents) may increase sex hormone clearance and thereby reduce clinical symptoms. Such drugs that can induce liver enzymes are hydantoin, barbiturates, primidone, carbamazepine and rifampicin. Substances suspected of having this effect are oxcarbazepine, topiramate, felbamate and griseofulvin. The liver enzyme-inducing effects of these drugs are generally maximal no earlier than 2-3 weeks but persist for at least 4 weeks after discontinuation of therapy. In rare cases, estradiol levels have been reduced when certain antibiotics are given concomitantly (eg, penicillins and tetracyclines). Substances whose metabolism undergoes glucuronic conjugation (eg, paracetamol) may increase the bioavailability of estradiol by competitively inhibiting the conjugate enzyme system for drug absorption. In individual cases, the need for oral antidiabetic drugs or insulin may change due to its effect on glucose tolerance. Interactions with alcohol: Drinking large amounts of alcohol during treatment with HRT can lead to increased levels of estradiol in the blood.
