1. What is the use of Negatidazol?

Negatidazol drug is prepared in the form of an infusion solution with the main ingredient being Tinidazole. 3. Contraindications of the drug Negatidazol

Negatidazol is contraindicated in the following cases:
Pregnant women in the first 3 months of pregnancy or breastfeeding; Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to Tinidazole; People with a history or disorders of blood components; Alcohol can and should be avoided for up to 72 hours after stopping Tinidazole because of the potential for disulfiram-like reactions.

4. Instructions for using Negatidazol

Negatidazole is used to treat anaerobic infections by intravenous infusion of 400ml of 2mg/ml solution (800mg Tinidazole) at a rate of 10ml/min. Thereafter, continue the daily infusion of 800mg/time or 400mg/times/day until switching to oral medication is possible.

5. Negatidazol side effects

Some infrequent, mild, and spontaneous gastrointestinal side effects include nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, diarrhea, metallic taste in the tongue, and abdominal pain. In addition, some rare hypersensitivity reactions in the form of skin rash, pruritus, urticaria and angioedema may occur.
