The drug works in the following cases:
Pain relief and fever reduction in colds, body aches, coughs, runny noses, chills. Treatment of flu symptoms: Fever, cough, headache, muscle aches, joints, stuffy nose, runny nose, watery eyes, itchy eyes, sinusitis, seasonal runny nose, rash, rhinitis allergy .

Use orally.

Adults and children over 12: Take 1 capsule/time, 2 times a day. Children 6-12 years old: take 1/2 tablet/time, 2 times a day. Some interactions that have been reported include:
Paracetamol: Metoclopramide and Domperidone: Accelerates the absorption of Paracetamol. Cholestyramine: Decreased absorption of Paracetamol. Anticoagulants: Increased effectiveness with long-term use of Paracetamol because of the increased risk of bleeding. However, at usual doses the effect is not significant. Loratadine: Inhibitors of CYP3P4, CYP2D6: Increased concentrations of Loratadine, thereby increasing side effects. Ketoconazole, Erythromycin, Cimetidine: Increases plasma concentrations of Loratadine. Dextromethorphan HBr: Alcohol: Increases the sedative effect of this drug. MAOs, antidepressants, SSRIs: Risk of Serotonin syndrome resulting in altered mental status, tremors, tremors, increased blood pressure, myoclonic tremor, hyperreflexia, restlessness, sweat. CYP2D6 inhibitors such as Fluoxetin, Methadon, Paroxetin, Quinidine,... increase the concentration of Dextromethorphan, increasing the unwanted effects of the drug (such as insomnia, agitation, tremor, diarrhea, confusion, respiratory failure) and develop Serotonin syndrome. Quinidine: Increased dextromethorphan plasma concentrations up to 20-fold increases the CNS disturbance side effects of this drug.
