Tadadecon drug is prepared in the form of film-coated tablets, box includes 2 blisters x 25 tablets, each tablet contains the following active ingredients:
Main active ingredient: Mephenesin 250mg. Other excipients: Lactose, Avicel, Malze starch (Corn Starch), Magnesium stearate, Croscarmellose sodium, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC), Talc powder, Polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG 6000), Jaune orange S, Rouge cochenille and Titanium dioxide function Sufficient amount of 1 tablet.

2.1. Mephenesin active ingredient Mephenesin is a centrally acting muscle relaxant that is rapidly absorbed after oral administration. After about 1 hour, Mephenesin reaches peak blood concentrations and has a half-life of 3/4 hours.
Active ingredient Mephenesin is metabolised strongly and excreted outside the body mainly through urine. Mephenesin is often used for supportive treatment of painful spasms caused by degenerative spondylolisthesis or spinal autonomic disorders.
