Lostad t50 is used by mouth, taking whole tablets, do not chew, crush or break tablets. The dose of Lostad t50 should be according to the doctor's prescription. The recommended dose for specific cases is as follows:
Treatment of hypertension in adults: The usual dose is 1 tablet/time/day. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 2 tablets / time / day or taken 1 tablet / time, 2 times a day. Rifampicin reduces concentrations of losartan and its active metabolite when co-administered.
