Antimalarial drugs such as Hydroxychloroquine, Chloroquine have good effects on skin and joint lesions. Immunosuppressive drugs such as Cyclophosphamide (Endoxan), Azathioprine (Imuran), Cyclosporine (Sandimmun),... have many dangerous side effects.
