Ms. Phuong was awarded Australia Awards Scholarships (ADS) for her master in Public Health from the University of Melbourne, Australia (2014). In 16 years of her career, she has been working as a researcher in Hanoi University of Public Health, Save the Children International, and National Hospital of Tropical Diseases. Her research has been published in well-known journals such as STEM CELL Translational Medicine, Journal of Pediatrics, BMC Pediatrics, Health and Quality of Life Outcomes, Biopreservation and Biobanking, Frontier in Molecular Biosciences

Since January 2016, she has been working in Vinmec Research Institute of Stem Cell and Gene Technology. Currently, she is actively participating in clinical research in terms of cerebral palsy and autism.
