Dr. Pham Thi Thuy Nhung is a former Hematologist, Blood Transfusion Center, Hai Phong Viet Tiep Hospital; Head of Hematology Department, Hai Phong Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital; Part-time lecturer, Department of Hematology - Blood Transfusion; Faculty of Medical Engineering, Hai Phong University of Medicine and Pharmacy.

Dr. Nhung has attended numerous scientific seminars on Hematology - Blood Transfusion, as well as numerous short-term training courses and scientific research at the facility. She and Vinmec Hai Phong Laboratory members have successfully built a quality management system that meets ISO 15189: 2012 standards in December 2020 and have constructing a laboratory capable of performing SARS-CoV-2 testing that meets Ministry of Health standards in March 2021. In addition, She is also a member of the Member Association of Hematology - Blood Transfusion.
