Truong Cong Duan, PhD graduated as a General Practitioner from Hanoi Medical University in 1986, completed the residency program in hematology and blood transfusion in 1989 at Hanoi Medical University. Years later he would be successful in defending his PhD thesis in 2003 at Hanoi Medical University. He has been the Head of Laboratory Department and Head of Hematology Unit.
