Chest tightness, shortness of breath, nausea, belching indicate what?
Ask
Hello doctor. I've had chest tightness and shortness of breath for a few days, but I'm fine after resting. I don't have trouble breathing at night. I often have nausea and vomiting. The doctor told me so, what disease do I have? Please advise, thank you.

Answer
Hello,
You are at very low risk of coronary heart disease. And if so far, you have had no unusual symptoms, still play normal sports, then you should not be too worried.
The symptoms of nausea accompanied by belching are often caused by esophageal disease. You should see a doctor and consult a gastroenterologist soon.
Thank you for your question to Vinmec Health System. Best regards!
