I am 75 years old this year, previously my blood pressure was normal 130/85, a few days ago my blood pressure went up and down abnormally, in the morning I often went up at 6am 157/102, after having breakfast, I went to water the plants. 147/98, in the morning if I go to the garden to hoe in the afternoon, measure my blood pressure to 127/85, at night before going to bed 130/89, if I work hard every day, my blood pressure drops to 89/59. So what can I do.
