Doctor, my lower abdomen is very big, after eating (even though I eat very little), my belly is round and round like a 5 month pregnant woman and it is very difficult to deflate. Okay. But the stomach always feels full, uncomfortable and heavy. I can't eat no matter how much I eat, I'm very thin, it's hard to gain weight. Ask your doctor for advice.
I am not currently in Vietnam. When I went to the hospital where I lived, due to a language barrier, the results could not be resolved. Looking forward to consulting a doctor. After returning to Vietnam, I will go to the hospital for examination as soon as possible.

Hello. With the symptoms that you describe, it may be intestinal disease caused by parasites. You should see a gastroenterologist to do a test for intestinal parasites.
