How to treat laryngitis while breastfeeding?

Question
Hello doctor. For about half a month now, I have had a cough, not coughing continuously (in a cold room, I will cough, cough when my throat feels burning, then it will go away). Sometimes I feel like I have to take a deep breath to feel comfortable. I went for an endoscopy of the ears, nose and throat; A blood test showed that the doctor had laryngitis. Because I'm breastfeeding, I only suck on medicine & drink syrup but I still haven't recovered yet. I hope the doctor can advise me further.

Hello. You do not cough continuously, only cough when entering a cold room. So your cough is caused by an allergy to cold rooms (Cold room air). Therefore, the best way to treat it is to limit or not enter the cold room.
In addition, you should gargle with salt water in the morning and at night before going to bed. If you have to go to a cold room to cool the air conditioner and don't be too cold. Eating enough nutrients and exercising regularly will improve the condition of allergic pharyngitis.
