Spleen enlargement and pain after malaria, what to do?

Ask
Please ask experts, now I am having an enlarged spleen and it is getting worse, because about 2 years ago I had malaria since then. I was once hospitalized when I was suffering from malaria for about 2 weeks, then I was discharged from the hospital for treatment, only taking medicine. The doctor said that when the malaria stops, the spleen will shrink back to normal, but now it's getting bigger and painful. What can my condition do and can it be cured? Thank you!

Hello! You should see a doctor to determine if this pain is due to an enlarged spleen or other causes. In addition, if the spleen is still enlarged after malaria, it is necessary to do tests to see if there are any blood-related diseases.
