After 24 - 48 hours of surgery, the intervention area occurs inflammation, tissue and organization swelling, blood vessels dilate to repair and heal the wound. There may be a hematoma on the skin around the lesion as a dark blue bruise. At the wound there may be bandages, splints and antiseptics.
If you have oily skin type, the oil production is stronger than usual, the skin around the swelling may be painful. At this time, you should be taken care of by medical staff or strictly follow the instructions of your doctor.
For facial skin, it is best to wash your face with cooled boiled water or physiological saline. Moisten a sterile gauze pad and gently wipe the face in each area from bottom to top and from inside to outside. You can wash your face 2 to 4 times a day. This movement helps to open and clean the skin, reduce symbiotic bacteria on the skin and gently massage to increase skin circulation. Cosmetics are recommended not to be used.

With simple surgery (without interfering with the jawbone, combining the bones...), you can remove the splint to open the wound. The wounds still need to be cared for with antiseptics, and the skin of the face is still washed with boiled water or physiological saline, but because the pain is less painful, you are more comfortable. Skin care and sunscreen are not necessary at this time because there is still a risk of cosmetics entering the wound. With dry skin or during the dry season, you can spray the skin with sterile mineral water 4-5 times per day.

The wound has already healed in the early stages, so your doctor may schedule an appointment to have your stitches removed. Immediately after cutting the sutures, the doctor applies an antiseptic to bandage the stitches, the stitches usually heal completely after 3-6 hours. However, the links at the suture edge are not sure, if the pressure is pressed hard on the wound, it can still be painful. In cases of bruising and hematoma, the hematoma has now turned greenish yellow and is more widespread than it was originally because of the fact that they are being "cleaned up". After cutting only 6 hours, you can wash your face with a cleanser but need to quickly remove the cleanser foam from the skin, clean with water quickly and pat dry.

Days 7 - 8 can balance the skin with rose water and care for the skin as usual, then gently manipulate it with a moderate amount of cosmetics. If there is a need for makeup, on this day, guests can wear light makeup and avoid injuries to facilitate their healing, then 2 and 3.
From the 3rd week onwards, you can take care of your skin and apply makeup like normal. After 1 month of surgery, you can completely go to the spa to take care of deep cleaning and skin massage.
In special cases such as bone grafting, screw braces or stage 2 surgery, the medical staff will have specific instructions.

With non-facial cosmetic surgery, usually within 5-7 days after surgery, you still have pain or need special care. Skin care should only be cleaned with cooked water or physiological saline. Cosmetics hardly affect the surgery, so there are no special instructions.
