3. How to use Ibrance?

The treatment with Ibrance is conducted and supervised by a specialist oncologist.
Recommended dose: Take Ibrance 125 mg, 1 tablet per day for 21 consecutive days followed by 7 days off treatment to form a complete cycle of 28 days.
Patients should swallow the tablet whole, do not chew, crush or open the tablet before swallowing. The drug should be taken with food, preferably with meals and at the same time between days.
Dosage of the drug can be adjusted based on the safety and tolerability of the individual patient.

4. Unwanted effects when taking Ibrance

The most common adverse reactions with drug use include decreased neutrophil count, decreased white blood cell count, infection, fatigue, nausea, stomatitis, anemia, hair loss, and diarrhea. ..
It is necessary to notify the doctor if you experience any unusual symptoms while taking the drug.

5. Notes when using Ibrance

If the patient vomits or misses a dose, absolutely do not take an additional dose on that day. The next dose is taken as usual.
