Uses of Alenzin

Aplenzin is used in the treatment of certain psychiatric conditions. So what is the use of Aplenzin and how to use this medicine?

Aplenzin is prepared in the form of a delayed-release tablet with the main ingredient in each tablet being Bupropion hydrobromide 174mg. The main effect of Aplenzin is to improve mood and feelings of well-being. This effect is achieved through restoring the balance of certain natural substances in the brain including Dopamine, Norepinephrine.
Aplenzin is indicated in the following cases:
Seasonal affective disorder; Major depressive disorder; Bipolar disorder ; Quit smoking; Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder; Anxiety related to depression. Do not use Aplenzin if you have used an MAO inhibitor within the past 14 days, because dangerous drug interactions can occur. MAO inhibitors include Isocarboxazid, methylene blue, Phenelzine, Linezolid, Rasagiline, Selegiline, Tranylcypromine, and others.
Aplenzin is contraindicated in the following cases:
People who are allergic to Bupropion or to any of its ingredients; People with a seizure disorder; People with eating disorders such as anorexia or bulimia; People who suddenly stop using alcohol, seizure medications, or tranquilizers (such as Xanax, Valium, Fiorinal, Klonopin,...); Children under 18. Do not use MAO inhibitors within 14 days before or 14 days after you take Aplenzin.

A seizure; Mistake; Mood swings or unusual behavior; Blurred vision ; Look at the tunnel; Eye pain or swelling; Seeing halos around lights; fast or irregular heartbeat; Manic episodes manifest as aggressive thoughts, increased energy, feeling extremely happy or irritable, talking more than usual, reckless behavior, severe problems with sleep. Common side effects of Aplenzin include:
Dry mouth; Sore throat ; Stuffy nose; Ringing in the ear; Blurred vision; Nausea, vomiting; Stomach pain; Anorexia; Constipation; Insomnia; Run ; Sweat; Feeling anxious or stressed; Fast heart beat ; Mistake; agitation; Hostile; Rash; Weight loss; Increased urination; Headache; Dizzy ; Muscle or joint pain. You may also experience other side effects of Aplenzin. If you experience any side effects of the drug, you need to immediately notify your doctor or go to the nearest medical facility for timely treatment.
4. Interactions of Aplenzin with other drugs Aplenzin can interact with a number of other drugs, including:
Codeine; Pimozide; Tamoxifen; Thioridazine ; Using Aplenzin with an MAO inhibitor can cause a serious interaction that can even lead to death. Therefore, MAO inhibitors should not be used within 2 weeks before and after taking Aplenzin.
