Uses of Auzomek 40

Auzomek 40 is packaged with 1 vial of lyophilized powder + 1 ampoule of sterile water for injection 10ml. 1 vial has the main ingredient of 40mg Omeprazole in the form of Omeprazole sodium. Omeprazole is a specific inhibitor that acts by blocking the enzyme system of Hydrogen-potassium Adenosine Triphosphatase, also known as the proton pump H+ K+ ATPase of the gastric parietal cells.
What does Auzomek 40 do? The drug acts on the final stage of acid secretion. A single dose of Omeprazole 20 mg/day can rapidly suppress gastric secretion caused by any stimulus. Omeprazole has no effect on histamine or acetylcholine receptors and has no significant pharmacokinetic effects other than on acid secretion. Omeprazole causes long-term relief of gastric acid but is reversible. 5 days after stopping the drug, gastric secretion returns to normal but there is no increase in acid secretion. Endoscopic examination showed that the scar wall rate of duodenal ulcer reached 65% after 2 weeks of treatment and 95% after 4 weeks.
Use Auzomek 40 in cases where oral treatment is not effective for the following diseases: Stomach ulcer, duodenal ulcer, ulcerative esophagitis and Zollinger - Ellison syndrome.
Do not use Auzomek 40 for people who are hypersensitive to any of its ingredients.

2.2. Dosage The dose of Auzomek 40 is 40mg/day. If additional IV injection is required for 3 days, the dose should be reduced to 10-20mg/day; Adjust the dose according to the patient's response when treating people with Zollinger - Ellison syndrome; There is no need to adjust the dose of Auzomek 40 for patients with hepatic impairment, renal failure and the elderly.

Caution:
