Drug Darzalex is indicated for people with multiple myeloma. Specifically:
Darzalex in combination with Dexamethasone and Lenalidomide for the treatment of patients ineligible for autologous stem cell transplantation or refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior treatment. Darzalex in combination with Melphalan, Bortezomib and Prednisone for the treatment of newly diagnosed patients who are not eligible for autologous stem cell transplantation. Darzalex in combination with Thalidomide, Bortezomib and Dexamethasone for the treatment of people diagnosed as eligible for autologous stem cell transplantation. Darzalex in combination with Dexamethasone and Bortezomib to treat people who have received at least one prior therapy. Darzalex in combination with Dexamethasone and Pomalidomide for the treatment of people who have received at least 2 prior therapies including a proteasome inhibitor and lenalidomide. Human monotherapy who has received at least 3 prior lines of therapy including: Immunomodulators and proteasome inhibitors (PIs) or as dual refractory to PIs.

Do not use Darzalex in case the patient is sensitive to the ingredients and excipients in the drug.

Dosage of Darzalex in Table 1 is for combination therapy and monotherapy. Specifically as follows:
Combination therapy with Lenalidomide and low dose dexamethasone for newly diagnosed patients ineligible for autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) and in patients with recurrent multiple myeloma . Combination therapy with pomalidomide and low-dose dexamethasone for patients with recurrent multiple myeloma. Monotherapy for patients with recurrent multiple myeloma. How to deal with missed dose, overdose of Darzalex:

Bronchospasm; Shortness of breath; Laryngeal edema; Pulmonary edema ; Lack of oxygen; Hypertension ; Stuffy nose; Cough and chills; Throat irritation; Vomiting and nausea; Herpes Zoster virus reactivation; Infection; Hepatitis B virus (HBV) reactivation; Pancreatitis (1%); Neutropenia ; Decreased platelets.
