The plasma half-life of Esomarksans is approximately 1.3 hours after repeated once-daily dosing. Esomeprazole sodium has no tendency to accumulate with once-daily dosing and is completely eliminated from plasma between doses. Esomarksans is excreted in the urine as metabolites, the remainder in the feces. Esomeprazole sodium is the S-isomer of omeprazole, which reduces gastric acid secretion by a specific mechanism of action. Esomarksans is a specific inhibitor of the acid pump in parietal cells. Esomeprazole sodium is a weak alkaline, H+K+-ATPase (acid pump) inhibitor and inhibits both basal and stimulated secretion. In addition, the drug also affects the secretion of gastric acid.

2. Dosage - How to take Esomarksans


How to use:
The drug is prepared in the form of a powder for injection, packaged in 2 ampoules: 01 tube containing Esomeprazole and 01 tube containing 10ml solvent. Dilute the ampoule containing esomeprazole with 10 ml of solvent. Then slowly intravenously. Dosage:
