Indications:
Treatment of neuropathic pain of central and peripheral origin, generalized anxiety disorder in adults. Adjuvant treatment of partial seizures with or without generalization in adults

3. Dosage - How to take Gloryca


Dosage:
Treatment of epilepsy in adults and children over 12 years: Gloryca dose 150 mg/day initially, increased after 1 week depending on response to 300 mg/day and then increased to 600 mg /day after l next week. Common Anxiety Disorders in Adults: Initial dose 150 mg/day, may be increased by 150 mg weekly to a maximum dose of 600 mg/day. Neuropathic pain in adults: 150 mg/day, increased after 3-7 days depending on response to 300 mg/day and then increased to 600 mg/day after the next 7 days. Use in patients with renal impairment: Pregabalin dose should be reduced in patients with renal impairment based on creatinine clearance (CC): CC30-<60ml/min: starting dose 75mg/day, maximum dose 300mg/day, divided into 2 or 3 times per day. CC15-<30ml/min: starting dose 25-50mg/day, maximum dose 150mg/day, taken once or divided into 2 times daily. CC <15 ml/min: starting dose 25 mg/day, maximum dose 75 mg/day, orally once daily. Patients undergoing hemodialysis: in addition to the daily dose, an additional dose of 25-100 mg corresponding to the indicated dose should be taken immediately after every 4 hours of hemodialysis. Dosage:
Gloryca is taken orally with or without food, divided into 2 or 3 times daily. When discontinuing Gloryca, it should be discontinued gradually over a minimum of 1 week.

4. Overdose and treatment


Symptoms: Experience with pregabalin overdose is limited.
Management: There is no specific antidote for pregabalin overdose. If indicated, an attempt may be made to remove unabsorbed drug from the body by inducing vomiting or gastric lavage, taking care to maintain the airway. Patients should receive usual supportive care including monitoring of vital signs and observation of the patient's clinical condition.

5. Notes when using Lyrica


Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any ingredient of Gloryca
Note:
Patients with kidney failure, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, factors that can promote encephalopathy, large age. If necessary, discontinue Gloryca slowly over a minimum of 1 week. Children <12 years and adolescents (12-17 years): Safety and efficacy have not been established. Discontinue use as soon as symptoms of angioedema appear. Control signs of suicidal ideation and behavior, and substance abuse. Pregnant women (should not use unless absolutely necessary), breast-feeding (do not breast-feed during treatment). When driving or operating machines: Pregabalin may impair the ability to drive or use machines. Patients should not drive or operate potentially hazardous machinery until it is ascertained that pregabalin does not affect their ability to engage in these activities.

6. Drug interactions


Pregabalin may potentiate the effects of ethanol and lorazepam, worsening cognitive and motor function impairment caused by oxycodone
